The usage for any other purpose is to be renegotiated between the parties and requires specific permission.ĩ. We give permission to the photographer to use any image of our Wedding for industry competitions and as required subsequent usage, and for reasonable general promotional advertising. We will advise any issues with the disk/images within 7 days of receiving them.Ĩ. The high resolution disk are our “negatives” and we understand that once provided to use, these are our responsibility as Calli B Photography does not keep the images indefinitely. In the event that the wedding date needs to change, we agree to pay an additional $500 which will be deducted off our final balance however will also be forfeited in the event of a cancellation.ħ. In the event of cancellation of the wedding we agree that the deposit/booking fee will be forfeited. a) We agree to immediately advise Calli B Photography in writing of any alterations in the details listed here including postponement or cancellation of the wedding.Ħ b).
We accept the responsibility to contact Calli B Photography, at least two weeks prior to the Wedding, to confirm details are correct and there are no alterations.Ħ. We acknowledge Calli B Photography cannot accept responsibility for the “extent” of the photographic coverage if these details are incorrect or if we chose not to follow the agreed schedule.ĥ. b) The details and times listed form part of this agreement and we agree to make every effort to cooperate in order for Calli B Photography to fulfil its contracted photographic duty. We agree to advise the hairdressers and make-up artists, the hire cars and the caterers of all the relevant times, details and locations as detailed here and to coordinate their services.Ĥ.
